Prof. Spira, PhD, is an author, educator, professional musician, ethnomusicologist, and the founder of Mucus-free Life. He has practiced Prof. Arnold Ehret’s Mucusless Diet Healing System since 2002, taught the system for more than two decades, and published the first annotated, revised, and edited edition of Ehret’s Mucusless Diet Healing System in 2013. He holds a PhD in musicology from The Ohio State University and has taught at the university level since 2006.

Spira’s annotated notes and the supplemental materials he provides are so helpful! His humor and easy-to-understand explanations make me feel like I’m actually sitting in his classroom! I love that I can easily stop and start the eCourse as my schedule allows.
